Raspberry Rose Gin Bellini

A light, floral Bellini with bright raspberry and subtle rose.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz (45 ml) Anchored Spirits American Gin
• 1 oz (30 ml) raspberry purée, finely strained
• 0.25 oz (7 ml) rose syrup
• Prosecco, chilled, to top

Instructions:

1. Prepare base
Add gin, raspberry purée, and rose syrup to a mixing vessel with ice. Gently stir to chill and integrate without aerating.
2. Strain
Strain the chilled base into the serving glass, leaving room for sparkling.
3. Finish
Top with chilled prosecco and gently lift once to integrate without losing carbonation.
