Lavender French 75
A floral take on a French 75, balancing bright citrus, delicate lavender, and lively effervescence.
Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz (45 ml) Anchored Spirits American Gin
• 0.75 oz (22 ml) fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) lavender syrup
• Sparkling wine, chilled, to top
• Lemon twist or lavender sprig (garnish)
Lavender Syrup
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1–2 tbsp dried culinary lavender
Bring sugar and water to a simmer until dissolved. Add lavender, remove from heat, and steep 10–15 minutes. Strain and cool completely before use.
Instructions:
1. Prepare base
Add Anchored Spirits American Gin, lemon juice, and lavender syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake
Shake briefly until chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain
Strain into the serving glass, leaving room for sparkling.
4. Finish
Top with chilled sparkling wine and gently lift once to integrate.
5. Garnish
Finish with a lemon twist or lavender sprig.
