English Garden

A fresh, garden-forward cocktail with bright citrus, soft florals, and gentle herbal notes.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz (60 ml) Anchored Spirits American Gin
• 0.75 oz (22 ml) fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) elderflower liqueur
• 0.25 oz (7 ml) simple syrup
• 2–3 fresh cucumber slices
• 2–3 fresh mint leaves
• Mint sprig or cucumber slice (garnish)

Herb & Cucumber Prep
• Use fresh, firm cucumber with minimal seeds
• Rinse and gently dry mint leaves
• Avoid aggressive muddling to prevent bitterness
Lightly press cucumber and mint just enough to release aroma and freshness. Over-muddling will cloud the drink and introduce bitterness.

Instructions:

1. Muddle
Gently press cucumber and mint in a shaker to release aroma without breaking down the leaves.
2. Shake
Add Anchored Spirits American Gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and ice. Shake until chilled.
3. Strain
Fine strain to remove herb and cucumber solids for a clean finish.
4. Garnish
Finish with a mint sprig or cucumber slice.
