Chamomile Lavender Martini
A soft, aromatic martini with floral lavender and calming chamomile, clean and delicately balanced.
Ingredients:
• 2 oz (60 ml) Anchored Spirits American Gin
• 1 oz (30 ml) chamomile tea, cooled
• 0.25–0.5 oz (7–15 ml) lavender syrup (to taste)
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) dry vermouth
• Lemon twist or dried chamomile (garnish)
Chamomile Tea
• 1 chamomile tea bag or 1 tbsp dried chamomile
• 1 cup hot water
Steep chamomile in hot water for 5 minutes. Remove tea and cool completely before using in cocktails.
Instructions:
1. Chill
Ensure the chamomile tea is fully chilled before mixing to maintain clarity and balance.
2. Combine
Add Anchored Spirits American Gin, chamomile tea, lavender syrup, and dry vermouth to a mixing vessel with ice.
3. Stir
Stir gently until well chilled and properly diluted.
4. Strain
Strain for a clean, silky texture.
5. Garnish
Finish with a lemon twist or a small pinch of dried chamomile.
