Anchored Collins

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Anchored Spirits Gin
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • Club soda (to top)
  • Garnish: Grapefruit slice and Luxardo cherry

 

Prepare the Glass:
Fill a Collins glass with ice to chill it.

 

Mix the Base:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Anchored Spirits Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.

 

Strain:
Strain the mixture into the prepared Collins glass over fresh ice.

 

Top with Club Soda:
Fill the rest of the glass with club soda. Stir gently to combine.

 

Garnish:
Add a fresh slice of grapefruit for a bright, citrusy touch and a Luxardo cherry for a pop of sweetness and elegance.
