Anchored Gin & Tonic (Spanish Style)

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Anchored Spirits Gin
  • 4 ounces Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water
  • Garnish: 2 grapefruit wedges and edible rose petals

 

Chill the Glass:

Use a large Copa de Balón or large wine glass for this cocktail. Fill the glass with ice cubes and let it sit for a minute to chill, then pour out any melted water.

 

Add the Gin:

Pour 2 ounces of Anchored Spirits Gin over the ice.

 

Add the Tonic Water:

Slowly pour in 4 ounces of Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water to preserve the carbonation. Hold a bar spoon against the ice and pour the tonic water down the spoon to minimize foam.

 

Garnish:

Add two fresh grapefruit wedges to the glass. Sprinkle a few edible rose petals on top for a beautiful and aromatic finish.

 

Serve:

Gently stir to combine flavors. Serve immediately and enjoy!
